These Terms govern your use of OrdaAI, operated by Kalki AI Universe Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By subscribing to or using OrdaAI you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OrdaAI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered management tools for restaurants, hotels and takeaways. Features include order management, table bookings, driver tracking, inventory, compliance logging and marketing tools.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the agreed rate (£49, £149 or £399 per month)
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe on the same calendar date each month
• All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, your account and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to OrdaAI until that date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use OrdaAI for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use the platform to harm or deceive any person, violate any applicable law or regulation, or resell or sublicence the service without written permission from Kalki AI Universe Group Ltd.

6. Intellectual Property

OrdaAI and all related software, designs and content are owned by Kalki AI Universe Group Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalki AI Universe Group Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

💰 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on OrdaAI, operated by Kalki AI Universe Group Ltd.

1. Free Trial

OrdaAI offers a 14-day free trial with no payment required. You will not be charged during the free trial period under any circumstances.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Exceptions include:

• Technical failure: If OrdaAI experiences a service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours in any billing month, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the days affected.
• Duplicate charge: If you are charged twice in error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5 business days.
• Unauthorised charge: Contact us immediately at contact@ordaai.com

3. Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription you retain full access to OrdaAI until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 including a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, unless you have already begun using the service.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact our billing team at contact@ordaai.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
